Job Description:
• Support corporate event organization and logistics, coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support policy research and drafting of intelligence pieces, including updates concerning macro policy and national strategies, dynamics of key regulatory stakeholders, bilateral and international exchanges, etc.
• Ad-hoc administration and content support, include but not limited to meeting room booking, external visitor reception support, paperwork translation, procedural documentation preparation, etc.
Requirements:
• Conscientious & carful in work, with competent EN & CN writing skills
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to learn
• A team player with strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Undergraduate or post-graduate student in 2024
• Fluency in English. (Both verbal and written)
• Practice 4-5 days a week during intern program, 6 months internship will be preferred
