Job description: 1.Procurement Planner for certain products of VS CRIN / CRI 2. Routine work in LOP3 and Execution tasks implementation - Contact window with transportation team for critical parts daily status tracking and reporting -Q2. PILUM tracking - DigiLOP deviation tracking 3. Support inventory officer for preparing regular reports and tracking - Excessive stock weekly report and tracking for whole LOP team - PS ILCS evaluation reporting and tracking for whole LOP team - Red stock PDCA tracking and coordination in LOP3 team requirements: Bachelor degree and above , mainly commercial study subjects as business management , logistics , industrial engineering but also technical studies as mechanical , electronic engineering or IT / computer science English fluid verbal / written , Strong communication ability , working under pressure ; Analytical and problem - solving skills ; ability to handle multi tasks and projects . Logistics / supply chain planning ( S - M - D ),material and capacity planning process mainly at production and procurement planning SAP / planning tool knowledge and planning process understanding BPS / lean logistics knowledge Logistics reporting and IT tool knowledge / understanding ( excel , PPT ) Basic understanding of general controlling aspects mainly focus to logistics controlling Inner stability , resilience At least 6 months internship
