Roles and Responsibilities:
Follow the company policy and Admin Team Leader/ Admin mentor to provide support to the administrative and secretarial services guidance by admin staff on time:
- Handle Administrative tasks assigned by Leader/Mentor on time.
- Maintain departmental records.
-Conduct the reception and mail service.
-Support the staff check in/out.
-Inventory management.
-Assist in the Maintenance of office facilities/supplies.
-Assist in the maintenance of office environment.
-Assist in the maintenance of office supplies.
Job Requirements:
-Education: Study in University/College
-Experience: no special requirement but be interesting in office admin
-Good command of English
-Familiar with PC skills (Word/Excel/PPT)
-Effective communication skills
