Ⅱ: Second stage: you will choose to be a generalist or a specialist in the career of human resource. You will be involved in projects more related to company strategy to drive company success, including but not limited to: - Human Resource policies creation and sync with branch offices. - Global labor markets research and analysis. - Industrial rewarding system research and analysis. - Talent and organizational development.
Qualifications and Skills 1. Top students with Bachelor or Master degree; 2. Fluent in English; 3. Must have accurate judgement on people; 4. Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel and Office, and the ability to generate reports; 5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, and be a team player; 6. Must have a people-oriented approach to work; 7. HR related work experience is a plus.
