We have a unique opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Offer to join Varian Medical Systems. The successful candidate will join our global talent acquisition team to support new hire onboarding and recruitment. The successful candidate will support our onboarding program while partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters and Global People Connect.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate pre-onboarding communication with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
• Facilitate the overall offer process from start to end
• Administer offer letters to new employees
• Generate reports related to your work at a defined cadence
• Work in an applicant tracking system to support administrative recruiting functions, track new hires, and retrieve data
• Interface and communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire
• Assist talent acquisition in recruitment processes and coordination as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
• Adhere to laws, rules, and personal data privacy regulations
• Polished and professional presentation and communication style; capable of communicating complex content in a succinct manner in-person, over the phone, and through written corr
