Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationship with third party non-profit organization and charitable organization partners • Work with internal partners (LOB) to execute Disney VoluntEARS events in China • Manage Disney VoluntEARS budget and supporting materials • Manage ESR Scorecards, measuring inputs (Charitable giving, Gifts-in-kind, VoluntEARS time) versus impacts to the community • Generate event summaries / reports for all Disney VoluntEARS / CSR Programs • Work with Corporate Communications to implement communication plan to build the reputation of Disney VoluntEARS program both externally (press, media, clients) and internally to Cast Members • Increase employee engagement in Disney VoluntEARS activities through implementation of initiatives and communications Knowledge and Skill Requirements • Fluent in English • Good command of Microsoft applications such as Power Point, Excel. • Good communication skills and good at writing.   • Commit to work for at least 4 days a week for a year.
