•Support manpower planning to make sure it is in line with business.
•Have HR data analysis and propose location HR strategy, e.g. retention measures.
•Support talent review & talent development.
•Support to define the individual competency model, work with training & hiring function and follow up to make sure all the development measures (external and on job training) could be finished on time.
•Support to have location C&B strategy review, incl. annual salary review.
•Work as HR interface and support on daily HR topics.
•Responsible for HR activities like HR info. day, shop floor motivation event, lunch table, thank you week etc.
•Support on HR audit or any HR projects, incl. organization change.
•Bachelor degree or above in human resources, business, economics, psychology, social sciences or similar
•Be passionate and have strong interpersonal as well as communication skills
•A responsible and committed team player who has high operational readiness and enjoys working in a multicultural environment
