This is a new-opened role responsible for customer service - order management for Top FMCG Company based in Zhangjiang. This is a 12-month contractor role for the first assignment and potential renew the contract with good performance promisingly.
Reporting to Customer Service Manager, this role is mainly responsible for: · Receive and process customer orders in SAP system, including coordinate responsible departments to meet special requirements from customers and provide related documentations. · Coordination with material planning, production, quality control and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to the customers. · Provide timely and accurate information to internal and external customers related to execution and following up of orders. · Receive and process quality or services complaints in system, process product returns/replacements and credit requests from customers.
Requirement: · Solid work experience as sales operation or customer service in big company, experience in retail or FMCG industry preferred · Strong SAP system user and skillful with Office Software, familiar with data analysis and report preparing · Familiar with daily administration job and proactive working attitude · Good command of English preferred
