We're looking for an intern to join ZF Aftermarket at our location in Xuhui, Shanghai. Your tasks: Internal communications: -Corporate messaging: * Support internal communications plan with clear narrative and tactics that engage internal target audiences * Support ZF AM culture and employee engagement initiatives while advocating for corporate brand through specific company initiatives * Support global internal communications and engagement initiatives in China * Create and maintain corporate social media accounts along with editorial calendar * Develop and manage the related internal communication assets * Event messaging:  * Support internal communication and engagement events in China External communications: -PR: * Draft appropriate messaging and content, and coordinates submissions, in support of a variety of PR programs, including editorial opportunities, media pitches, social media, contributed articles, etc. * Plan and implement CSR programs in China to engage and build the company brand with internal and external stakeholders -Media relationship: * Maintain China media database, establish relationship with key industry  media/Automotive media/KOLs to implement China media outreach roadmap * Assist strategic media engagement plan including corporate PR events, editor-in-chief club, executive interviews and public speaking, etc. Your profile: * Ensure attendance for 3 days or more per week for 6 months * Undergraduate or post-graduate student in Communications / Journalism / Marketing will be preferred. * Better has intern experience in Marketing or digital marketing. * Excellent communication, presentation, and multi-tasks abilities, results driven. * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills cross-functionally & globally.
