职位描述
Position Overview:
- Interface with greater China sales team. Responsible for contracts chopping process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting sales department on printing, chopping,scaning and delivering the contracts to the clients.
- Tracking the status of mailed documents and feedback to sales team.
- Recording the chopped information and updates.
- Coordinate communication within BD operation team.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Required Skills:
- Dependable and timely.
- Logical thinking.
- High attention to details.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Can provide internship 3 days/week at least.
