Position Overview: - Interface with greater China sales team. Responsible for contracts chopping process. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting sales department on printing, chopping,scaning and delivering the contracts to the clients. - Tracking the status of mailed documents and feedback to sales team. - Recording the chopped information and updates. - Coordinate communication within BD operation team. - Other tasks assigned by line manager.
