Major Responsibilities Ⅰ: First stage: you will be involved in various projects in one of the below HR functions to shape professional skills, based on your interest, capabilities and company’s needs. Ⅱ: Second stage: you will choose to be a generalist or a specialist in the career of human resource. You will be involved in projects more related to company strategy to drive company success, including but not limited to: - Human Resource policies creation and sync with branch offices. - Global labor markets research and analysis. - Industrial rewarding system research and analysis. - Talent and organizational development.
