Job Department: Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific Ltd. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update system data for racing cars (pricing, inventory) • Create, review & verify orders and invoices • Maintain and update system data for racing car parts • Create, review & verify the invoices • Create and manage Customer Information • Project and on site support coordination incl. Logistics of team members, vendor handling • Commercial and administration support, e.g. contracts, payment process, meeting arrangement, documentation, etc. • Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: • Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, solid knowledge in Automotive, Engineering, Project • Management or Finance areas. • Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn • Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint) • Fluent in both oral and written English • Experience with ERP system (SAP, Kingdee, etc.) is a plus • Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months
