部门使命/Department Mission:
The department VW Brand Strategy (C-WS) is responsible for development &
reporting of brand strategy, ensuring long-term competitiveness of VW Brand
products and services by setting the right short/long-term targets and defining
roadmap for different action fields that suitable for China market. The intern
will contribute on China industrial trend research, competitor analysis,
customer perception investigation and beyond. As we treat our interns as
full-time team members, you will be further involved in multiple topics and
projects.
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
* Lead desk research of new technology / market trends & competitors’ approach
* Support on preparing meeting/workshops on demand
* Support on corresponding strategic projects
* Facilities daily organizational work
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
* Bachelor or Master degree with major in Business, Marketing, Automotive
Engineering, etc.
* Basic knowledge of automotive industry and passenger car
* Passion for Automotive industry, technology and innovation
* Strong business understanding
* Capable for independent desk research / case study
* Excellent analytical skills and strong strategic thinking and planning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines
* Previous experience in automotive industry preferred
* Proficiency in MS office (esp. PPT, Excel)
* Fluent in Chinese, business fluent English, German as a plus
