Intern, Organisation and Talent Development
The main role of this position is to assist in the
execution and delivery of talent and performance solutions with a focus on the
programme support, data management and analysis. This role will be
responsible for the planning, implementation, data management of talent and
performance solution projects, including managing enrolments, supporting the
set-up and producing workshops both physically and virtually, analysing user
data, and compiling dashboard for reporting. With good performance and
potential, this role could be developed to become future permanent position and
developed as project owner or learning facilitator in due course.
Intern period: part-time
Roles and responsibilities
Support the team in data collection, analysis, and
production of reporting for decision making
Support the team in execution of solutions, including
developing collaterals and solution materials as needed
Contribute creativity and adopt innovative approach in
executing and delivering of talent and performance solutions
Maintain collaborative relationships with team members
Competencies and requirements:
University student working towards a bachelor or
master degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Talent Development, Education or
related disciplines
Strong data & analytics skills
Strong project execution skills
Strong communication skills, including written and
verbal English and Mandarin
