职责描述:
-Existing Customer Digital journey analysis and benchmark with competitors of same and other industries. Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature extraction to improve Customer experience with our Company systems.
-Implement design flow modifications and tailoring for specific use cases supporting Marketing & Business Development and IT departments
-Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining work-flow procedures for Customers and Dealers – and tell us where we can do better!
-Work with creative teams to develop innovative customer oriented and technology-enabled ideas, support problem identification and resolution process for technical issues with platforms and environments.
-New fresh ideas and market trends from your perspective with Strong eye for details and Never afraid to share your ideas
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards
-Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers and colleagues, information technologists, and content experts to deliver an effective user experience
-Assist with Business Development Team activities
-Prepare and present a benchmark of customer digital journey of other AFCs
-Give recommendation and new ideas for improving the potential customer experience.
-Support the enhancement of customer digital journey with closer contact with the customer.
任职要求:
-Bachelor Degree
-Good speaking and writing in both English & Chinese
-Major in digital marketing or social media
-Positive, result oriented and precise
-Happy to learn new things and to meet new people
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PPT, Excel and Word
