此岗位为上海外服为银之蕨提供代招聘服务 Responsibilities include the operational management of Silver Fern Farms China: • Set up and build growth of brand livestream room on Douyin platform. • Acting as the key streamer in brand livestream platform to make sure all brand messages are delivered in appropriate manner. • Able to analysis each EC platform data and make appropriate planning and adjustments. • Build Douyin livestream annual plan and execute to achieve set KPIs. • Initiate online asset management and build a group of China focused assets for both online and offline channels. • Responsible for digital content generation with a focus on images and short videos on Douyin. Capable on managing filming, editing, copywriting, and production through to final deliveries. • Build KOL/KOC resources and management on working with appropriate influencers. • Assist and execute on brand official livestream account. • Assist different digital and social platforms operations and support different EC platform development. • Trend analysis and industry digital developments / opportunities • Digital reporting / analytics • Food company or livestream experience preferred but not essential • English communication capability a plus • Loves food and sharing with friends and families, happy to try new things in the kitchen 具体工作内容： 1）直播（直播时间可能因为业务需要而灵活调整） 2）与代理机构一起校对完成小红书内容 3）微信文章内容编辑制作 4）其他商务和活动组织支持 5）公司大贸业务的运营支持（该部分工作占比约10%-20%） 本岗位提供转正 欢迎25届同学投递
