工作内容:
1. Assist pre-sale and in-sale digital team to build and operate CRM system;
协助售前与售中数字化团队搭建与运营CRM系统;
2. Assist in the preparation of digital project proposals, schemes, requirements specifications and other documents;
协助编写数字化项目建议书、方案、需求规格说明书等文档;
3. Assist the development team to complete the development, testing, acceptance and launch of digital products;
协助开发团队完成数字化产品功能的开发、测试、验收、上线;
4. Responsible for coordination within the team
负责团队内部相关协调工作
要求:
bachelor degree or above, information management, digital management or related major preferred
本科或以上学历,计算机,信息或数字化管理或理工科类相关专业优先
Have knowledge or interest in Microsoft CRM platform Dynamic 365
对于微软CRM平台Dynamic 365 有了解或学习兴趣
Excellent communication skills, document writing ability, logical thinking ability;
优秀的沟通技巧,文档撰写能力,逻辑思维能力;
The background of digital products is preferred;
数字化产品相关背景优先;
