EXPECTATIONS AND
TASKS
As an intern in our Shanghai scrum
team, you will support our internal colleagues with ticket handling as
well as testing our deliverables.
The scrum team is responsible for providing the data foundation for all
reporting in context of customer incidents, installations as well as service
orders.
Main tasks include:
Monitor and initial response to
new incoming tickets for all our categories.
Check whether the predefined questionnaire
of issue description is filled.
Able to answer some consulting
questions.
Stop ticket handling process
towards enhancement / change requests from the ticket creator.
Reproduce the issue described
in the ticket.
Distribute tickets to proper
components / categories.
Centrally track the status of those
support tickets created for the received IT Direct tickets.
Coordinate and support
authorization apply for support colleagues and remind our developers to
update those tickets asap.
Provide statistical data for
our ticket handling status if required.
Test our reporting deliveries.
EDUCATION AND
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Senior Year major in
technical/scientific field
Good English communication
skill
High level of curiosity,
motivation and willingness to learn new technologies
Strong team player
Ability to deal with multiple
projects in parallel
Work Schedule: minimum 3 days a week for at least 6 months
