岗位职责： 1.根据各类不同项目的要求，进行合理的配电和信号分布设计；Design power and signal distribution for a variety of high-profile projects based on different requirements.​ 2.根据需要，参与产品开发的相关环节，包括部件开发、组装、产品以及详细的文件；Flexibility to work on product development responsibilities to include the development of components, assemblies, products, & documentation of details.​ 3.协助项目经理跟踪项目物料和定制产品的进度；Assist project managers follow up the BOM and customized product development schedule.​ 4.与机械工程师、研发工程师、和工艺工程师保持良好沟通，确保设计方案的准确实施；Communicate with mechanical engineer, product design engineer and process engineer to ensure proper design implementation.​ 5.协助配置和测试显示屏控制系统和应用；Assist in configuring and testing the video display control system and application.​ 6. 学习并熟知达科产品与国家电气安全标准; Become proficient in Daktronics products and related National Electric Code.​ 7. 主管分配的其他任务; Other duties assigned by the supervisor.​ 任职要求： 1. 工程专业或其他相关理工科专业，有电气/电子专业背景者优先考虑；Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field. (Electrical / Electronic Background Preferred).​ ​2. 了解电子和元器件的基础知识；Basic knowledge of fundamentals of electronics and components.​ ​3. 能够熟练使用AutoCAD和Office系统；Be proficient in Auto-CAD and office software.​ ​4. 能够用英语进行简单沟通，以及书面邮件往来；Ability to communicate in verbal and written English.​ ​5. 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力；Be good at communication and teamwork.​ ​6. 较强的学习能力和动手能力，注重细节，遵守工作流程；Eager to learn and strong hands-on skills, attention to details, and compliance with work processes.​ ​7. 认可达科电子的文化（互助、诚信、谦逊）；Recognize the culture of Daktronics culture (Helpfulness​, Honesty, and Humility).​ ​8. 实习期：3-6个月，每周至少能够工作3天; 3-6 months internship and be able to work at least 3 days a week.​
