Job description As part of Caudalie China finance team, finance intern will work closely with China finance team on a daily basis in terms of accounting, tax and financial planning and analysis. The finance intern will also be involved in daily operations to facilitate the internal financial process. Responsibilities • Accounts receivable management. o AR reconciliation o Fapiao printing • Accounts payable management. o Payment check o Staff reimbursement check • Accounting and tax document filing. • Customer and vendor application form filing. • Alipay reconciliation. • Other ad hoc work assigned by the team leader. Requirements: • At least 3 days a week. • Education: Candidate for a bachelor/master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any other related discipline. • Language Requirements: Proficient in English.
