Major Responsibilities
Account & Store management
1. Partner authorizations/documents process and collection.
2. Partner/store master data collection and update.
3. New partner/store setting up in system.
Order Lifecycle
1. Collect the payment and ensure the shipping plan.
2. Handle aftersales affairs, defective return and refund.
Report Generation
1. Sales data collection and upload on monthly basis.
2. Shipment tracking report on weekly basis.
Others Support
1. Assist GWP arrangement and shipment.
2. Assist Store material allocation and shipping.
3. Other admin assignments.
Qualification and Skills
1. Internship period can be more than half a year, 3 days every week at least.
2. Bachelor’s degree, related major prefer.
3. Good at Excel, data analysis and reporting.
4. Fluent English, qualified with CET 6 or better.
