Responsibilities: Administrative support to PFS (Porsche Financial Services) Sales Department, including meeting room reservation, express parcel delivery and receipt, contract management, etc. Marketing Support, including market research, goods receipt & distribution record consolidation, document translation and other miscellaneous support. Sales support, including Dealer Visit Calendar review, VJV report review, wholesale financing contract process monitoring, recommendation letter preparation, vehicle certificate system management, and other support based on project/task demand, etc. Requirements: Bachelor degree, internship experience in Automotive industry is preferred Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in both oral and written English Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months.
