General Role Support and assist press team on daily press room maintenance and media loan. Major Responsibilities: - Monitor sample arrival status and record to products stock maintenance - Reports on the sample list, collection list and loans summary, etc - Follow up media loan contract, arrange media loan delivery and return - Help on maintaining press room and sample condition Others regular work: - Support on press room stock and library archive - Products description translation/ validation - Project support, relevant on products. - products shooting coordination Requirements & Capabilities: - Good in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. - Willing to help, detailed oriented. - Decent manner and highly working efficiency - Fluent in English; French is a plus - At least 4 full days a week and 6 months
