ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for the Receptionist responsible for the daily admin work, events support, etc. The applicant will report directly to the Office Manager.
- Visitor greeting
- Incoming call following up
• Daily Admin Work Management
- Stationary and supplies purchasing
- Office equipment maintenance
- Delivery management
- Admin related vendor management
• Events support
- Office events support, including the team buildings, team lunch and dinner, HR activities, etc.
- Other ad hoc tasks from the manager
• College degree or above
• Strong communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of MS office
• Ability of oral and written English
