Major Responsibilities:• Be familiar with GM working habits, and assist GM to complete daily arrangement of daily work• Be responsible for all GM documents collating• Be familiar with company process for daily administrative support to SH office• Be Responsible for supporting the system and administrative processing tasks of the whole APOC(Abbott Point of Care) team• Be responsible for answering APOC customer service callsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years’ working experience in PA/EA/business support roles in MNC or relevant experience.• Good communication in both Chinese and English and interpersonal skills.• Master of MS Office software.• Detailed oriented, proactive, responsible, with excellent executive capability, and anti-pressure ability
