Due West Education is seeking talented individuals with receptionist experience for a position based in Beijing, China.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service - Manage the front desk and other areas - Answer the main office phone line and transfer calls or take messages as necessary in time - Manage and coordinate the scheduling and reservation of meeting rooms - Work and cooperate closely with other team members - Maintain a polished and professional appearance and contribute to a professional office setting and work environment - Manage the stationery and office equipment including printer, air purifier paper shredder etc. - Arrange the express mail or mail delivery - Assist in hotel/tickets/car booking as necessary - Assist in managing the company car and driver schedule - Assist in the coordination of company events and presentations - Assist the Office Manager (i.e. ordering supplies, paying vendors, etc.) - Assist in other tasks as necessary
Qualifications Desired: - Associate or Bachelor’s degree - Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English – comfortable working in a bilingual office - Familiar with Microsoft Office - Self-motivated with a willingness to learn - Willingness to be a creative problem-solver - Desire to work in a rapid-growing environment - Willing and able to work flexible hours
