Job Description 1. Risk management: contribute to the data collection related to “Market Alerts”, “Environment Performance”,… Support to monitor adverse media of qualified suppliers, keep recording and tracing if any clarification needs. 2. Market analysis: Support to perform investigation on targeted Product and/or Services in order to identify and the potential suppliers to be part of International Call for Tenders 3. Supplier Relationship Management: Collect detailed information on key/strategic suppliers to establish/update the “Snapshot” and/or “Market analysis” 4. Qualification process: contribute to the supplier evaluation on Ariba/Sequana system by following up the qualification status, push supplier for actions on the system, and performing Financial analysis, Anti-bribery Market Watch, and other documents review related to Social Responsibility & Sustainability . 5. Business intelligence: collect and share information about China Market News on daily and weekly basis, evolution of key Indices to support the procurement strategy. 6. Referential & information system: contribute to the update and evolution of the work instructions and e-applications supporting IPO activities 7. Administration & communication: contribute to the communication initiatives to promote IPO (mission, roadmap, achievements, …) within TotalEnergies and towards suppliers - Assist and organize the preparation of business trip 8. Support the implementation of IPO sustainability roadmap, contact suppliers for their sustainability progress, initiatives, and achievements.
