Main Objective:
-Provide administration support to team members.
Main Responsibilities:
-Transmit messages, make meeting arrangements, appointment, receive visitors, , etc.
- Reimbursement/collect/check/transmit the expense report and documents filing.
-Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on basis by the team members.
Qualification & Requirement:
-Good English skill, reading/Writing is must, speaking is plus.
-Good computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel and PPT Good integrity self-discipline patient responsible well-organized and attention to detail.
