Medallion Lab Intern 职位描述: Job Description 协助进行理化性质检测实验，包括但不限于食品类的：水分、灰分、蛋白质、脂肪、钠等项目实验； Assist in conducting physics and chemical tests, including but not limited to food-related tests such as moisture, ash, protein, fat, and sodium etc. 按照标准操作规程（SOP）进行样品前处理和实验操作； Perform sample preparation and laboratory testing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). 协助实验仪器（如天平、气相色谱仪、液相色谱仪等）的日常清洁与维护保养工作 Support the routine cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment, such as balances, gas chromatographs (GC), and liquid chromatographs (HPLC). 准确记录实验数据，起草实验报告及协助数据分析； Accurately record testing data, assist in drafting test reports, and support data analysis. 协助实验室进行试剂管理与实验室安全检查； Assist in reagent management and laboratory safety inspection. 遵守实验室安全规范，保持实验室整洁与工作秩序 Comply with laboratory safety regulations and help maintain a clean and organized work environment. 任职要求 教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力：Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request 化学、化工、材料、生物、环境等相关专业本科或研究生在读； Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biology, Environmental Science, or other related majors. 具备基础的实验操作技能，有化学实验室经验者优先； Basic laboratory skills are required; prior experience in a chemical or food testing is preferred. 认真细致、有责任心，能够按时完成交办任务； Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete assigned tasks on time. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神； Strong communication and teamwork skills. 熟悉基础办公软件（Word、Excel），了解基础数据处理 Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel); basic understanding of data processing.
