1、协助大中华区办公室培训事宜L&D(Learning and development)的安排,开展和组织。
2、员工培训项目协调,员工合同及薪酬,文件的填写整理盖章流程跟进。
3、HR 部门事物协调,付款流程申请等。
4、培训项目分析报告。
5、完成上级领导交代的其他事务。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, master will be preferred
2. Fluent oral & written English is a must,CET-6 and above
3. Good communication & presentation skills
4. Smart and willing to learn, patient and detailed oriented
5. Duration: at least 3 months, 6 months will be preferred
6. At least 4 days per week
