PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
1) Bachelor’s degree above, major in Human Resources, Economics, Management
2) For internship, at least 3 days a week
3) Fluent in both written and oral English
4) Good data analysis skill and PPT
5) Good communication skill and willing to help attitude
6) A good team player, highly organized and detail oriented

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / 主要职责
Recruitment
‒ Assist on recruitment process: CV filtering, interview arrangement, etc.
‒ Design the advertisement to attract young talents, interns from market.
Employment Relationship
a) New staff on-board process
b) Induction Program arrangement
c) Probation management
d) Staff exit process
e) Contract renew
HR Data maintenance
‒ Employee database maintenance and quality control, including but not limited to
- HR system maintenance: 100%% fulfillment and accurate.
- Personnel file management, ensuring a 5S documentation system.
- Recruitment and training database
Admin topics
‒ Being contact window of different suppliers and employee
Other tasks assigned by the manager
