主要职责：
1.Provide biomarker development strategy, including but not limited to regulator pathway, biomarker literature review and etc.
2.Work closely with internal teams to manages the development of the biomarker projects, including but not limited to timelines, budget, risk and quality plans.
3.Coordinate with our biomarkers partners and provides development pathways and guidance to one or more cross-functional study teams.
任职条件：
Life sciences degree (Ph.D) in Scientific, Medical or Healthcare subject area is required.
3+ years related professional experience in a clinical research setting, clinical/ diagnostic laboratory, or pharmaceutical/biotechnology R&D environment.
Strong project and people management skills.
Experience in working in cross-functional team environment.
Knowledge of immune oncology drug development is preferred.
Business development experience is preferred.
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
