4. 3-4 working days available per week, strong responsibility for daily job.

Job duties:
1. Support handle admin work, such as schedule arrangement, hotel reservation, air ticket booking, documents filings etc;
协助处理相关行政事宜,例如:安排行程,酒店预定,机票预定以及文档整理;
2. Support organize various meetings such as board meetings, management meetings, etc;
协助安排各项会议,例如董事会议以及其他会议 ;
3. Support translate documents or letters (Chinese to English, English to Chinese);
文件或信件的翻译工作(中译英,英译中);
4. Support complete other assignments.
协助完成其他交代的事宜。
