Summary You will serve as a key member of a team of sourcing recruiters, recruiters, and recruiting specialists to acquire amazing talent for GE. Roles and Responsibilities Assist with researching, sourcing, evaluating, and selecting talent. Support for campus recruiting and relevant activities. Coordinate several Talent Acquisition global projects implementation and localization. Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults with the People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters. Collaborates with others to solve issues. Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customers and GE. It handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction. Accountable for additional tasks assigned by the people leader Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelors or Masters program. Fluent in both English & Mandarin.
