Responsibilities:
1. Assist on billing process (scan, prepare for digital workflow, manage all needed signatures, handle entry procedures and prepare relevant documents);
协助办理开单手续(扫描、准备数字化工作流程,管理所有需要的签字,办理录入手续,准备相关文件);
2.Assist to performance related issues – performance management system maintenance (data check and collection);

Requirements:
1.Experience to support a department in Administration tasks, IT or Business Administration related major prefer;

2. Excellent written and spoken English;

3.Work at least two days a week

4.Familiar with MS Office
