Key Responsibilities » Talent Acquisition 100% Experienced Hire 50% » Partner with local leader team to drive the Allegis China referral-based internal hiring process » Drive Pre-interview process to best allocate internal resources » Drive experience day program and best facilitate the hiring process » Support the wider TA team to achieve a blended talent acquisition approach through the use of diversified channels Campus Hire 30% » Drive the campus hiring program in Allegis south China » Establish relationship with potential target university and open deep and long-term strategic partnership with IT major department » Co-design and deliver the “University Partnership Program” in terms of hiring, career workshop and skill training with L&D business partner in China » Launch internship program in Allegis south China Best Operation 20% » Plan and achieve the annual hiring goal with local leaders and update on weekly & monthly basis » Work with local leaders to manage the attrition for China » Utilise RWS to build effective TA network for China » Any other additional tasks as requested by local leaders
