TASK:
- Preparation of sales related documents like offers, including setup, editing, modifying of with MS office.
- Collection, consolidation and reporting sales data and KPIs for internal and external usage like decision papers and monthly reports.
- Involvement in sales strategy creation for RfQs, engineering changes requests, re-negotiation
- Admin support including meeting arrangement, reimbursement application and business travelling support
- Other business-related tasks assigned by Directors
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor’s degree or above - Sales mindset with customer orientation (internal and external).
- Good MS Office skills. - Detail oriented. - Good Communication skills. - Proficient in written and oral English.
