岗位职责
- Support HR operation process, such as on-boarding, transfer, data change, off boarding, e-filing etc.
支持HR的日常运作流程,比如入职,转岗,数据变更,离职,归档等
- Follow the rule and check the data quality
根据要求检查数据质量
- Scan the employee files and e-filing according to certain rules.
扫描员工档案并按照一定规则归档
- Support check and communication with employees’ material check
协助办理员工落户材料的审核和收集
- Follow SOP to support HRSSC daily tasks and other works assigned by leader
按照SOP处理人力资源共享服务中心的日常工作以及领导安排的其他工作
岗位要求
- Attendance at least 4 days per week, do not deliver;
每周出勤至少4天,不符合者请勿投递;
- Self-motivated & Quick learner, Detailed oriented & Patient;
积极主动,学习能力强,工作细致耐心
- Good communication skills;
良好的沟通能力
- Good MS Office Skills (excel is plus) ;
熟练使用办公软件,精通Excel者优先
- Solid language skill in both Chinese and English;
