- Deal with the day-to-day secretarial work of the professional department
- Arrange the departmental schedules
- Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Arrange meetings and business trips
- Handle expense claims, typing and filing
- Update annual leave records and staff plan for the department
- Assist in organizing social events within the department
- Manage new joiner arrangements
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- A diploma or above
- A minimum of one year’s secretarial or administration experience gained in a multinational organization
- A good command of English
- Good typing in both Chinese & English and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A good team player with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Professional attitude
- Proven organisational skills
- Alternatively a recent graduate with a desire to learn would be welcome
