Responsibilities:
1. As a temporary replacement when receptionist takes PTO or anytime when they not in the front
2. Responsible for seeking the dinner/workshop/event place for Admin team and check onsite if possible and proceed the contract
3. Vendor comparison and vendor survey to improve vendor quality
4. Check & Review Wooqer/Concur application with system in order to optimize chop/signature process
5. Expense claim check and support
6. Invitation letter preparation for global visitor’s visa application purpose
7. Book the flight/hotel with travel agency
8. Support admin team for big event such as annual dinners, company trips, Armour Day
9. Support admin team for SH office relocation
10. Other tasks assigned by line manager。
Requirements:
1. Good English writing, listening, speaking skills
2. Can guarantee 3 days a week at least
