1. Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to Director. 2. Assist and support to organize stakeholder meetings, clearly deliver requirements, and respond to emails in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Assist in the preparation of business correspondences, presentation materials, proposals, agendas, minutes and reports in detailed-mind approach 4. Schedule appointments, coordination of meetings, and actively manage the calendars of the head. 5. Liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal parties for the Company business activities. 6. Gather, communicate, and dispatch information throughout the Company 7. Coordination of internal matters and consolidation of various reports. 8. Perform ad hoc assignments as required, productively managing a substantial workload without sacrificing quality.
