Organization of regular meetings 3. Project reporting and documentation 4. Support audit preparation and process 5. Preparation and execution of workshops 6. Support the usage of project management methods 7. Support tracking of open points 8. As part of VWATJ's digitization initiatives, design organizational processes for end-to-end data and information flows 9. Activity to conduct interviews and process mapping, data analysis Our Requirements 1. Student majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Economics or other Automobile related majors 2. Proficiency English spoken and written 3. Process understanding / process management 4. Interview and data analysis skills 5. Experience with VISIO and BPMN 2.0 desirable 6. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability and team spirit 7. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation 8.
