Job responsibilities:
- Work onsite with Client’s Hiring Managers and the recruitment team proactively, improving overall client satisfaction.
- Manage the Job board posting, including Workday, Liepin, and other effective channels.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
- Coordinate hiring events
- Manage the performance reference check process
- Offer preparation
- Pre-onboarding and onboarding supports
- Manage and maintain the database
- Special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the project leader and the clients’ HR team.
