About the chamber: The German Chamber of Commerce in China (hereinafter referred to as GCC) is a membership organization of German companies in China. Established in Beijing in 1999, it is one of the largest foreign chambers of commerce in China with around 2,100 member companies. As an important platform for Sino-German economic cooperation, the GCC provides various services and events for member companies to help them grow in China. Responsibility: •Design event posters and other forms of campaign materials 设计海报等活动物料 •Assist with WeChat post, mailing, PPT production, etc. 协助微信推文、邮件、PPT等的制作 •Support in copywriting and CN-EN translation 协助文案撰写和翻译（中英互译） •Support in organizing events 协助活动执行 •Other tasks assigned by supervisor 完成其他指定任务 Qualification •Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Visual Design / Advertising / Journalism / New Media is preferred 本科及以上学历，视觉传达 / 广告学 / 新闻学 / 网络与新媒体等专业优先 •Strong sense of design and good writing skills 有设计感知和文案功底 •Proficiency in using Xiu Mi, PS/AI, ID, MS Office software 熟练使用秀米、PS/AI、ID、微软办公软件等 •Experience of operation of social media is a plus 拥有社交媒体运营经验更佳 •Chinese native speaker, good proficiency in English writing & speaking, German is a plus 中文母语者，英语听说读写流利，德语为加分项 •Good communication and coordination skills 优秀的沟通和协调技巧 •Willing to learn new knowledge, strong adaptability 肯学肯干，良好的适应力与抗压力 •Be able to work from June, 2024 and no less than 3 days a week for over 3 months (6 months preferred) 一周至少能实习3天，实习3个月以上 (6个月为佳) ，最迟2024年6月初到岗
