主要职责/Your Responsibilities
· Support on Volkswagen Talent Management & Succession Planning;
· Support on development process towards Management & Leadership in
organization, implementation, feedback review and payment process;
· Support on Management & Leadership qualification;
· Support on joint-projects & programs with other VGC entities;
· Support on diagnostic for talent selection;
· Support on department event organization, internal communication and
department related daily tasks.
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
· Enrolled university student with outstanding academic record;
· Fluent in spoken and written English (German is a plus);
· Proficient in Microsoft office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook);
· Basic data analysis skills are a plus;
· Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of Personnel
Development, or with relevant work experience
· Highly interested in working in HR field, willing to learn and can work
under pressure with a positive attitude
· Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills;
· Able to work five days per week for at least six months (preference)
