Responsibility:
1.
Support
on the APAC yearly training plan, including
Leadership training, Core Training, English Training and New Hire Orientation
2.
Support on the training operational/logistic work, including managing
participants’ attendance, room facility set-up, pre-course preparation,
evaluation analysis, etc.
3.
Training
data maintenance and analysis
4.
Preparation
for APAC monthly training report
5.
Support on the monthly training payment report
6.
Vendor
liaison and relationship maintenance
7.
Payment
reimbursement and tracking, PR/PO Tracking
Requirements:
1.
Undergrad
/ graduate is preferred, major in human resource or English or education
related is preferred
2.
3-4
days per week, ideally can work more than 4 months
3.
Excellent
command of Microsoft Office esp. Excel and PowerPoint
4.
Good
command of both oral and written English;
5.
Good
communication skills
6.
Initiative
to learn
7.
Intellectual
curiosity and passion in HR
8.
Be
