We are looking for a Location Officer for
industrial/office locations.
What are my responsibilities?
Be responsible for the RE operations in
assigned areas with guidance and support from location manager
to meet customers expectations and for the best interest of Siemens
Deliver effective and
efficient operations results in line with company standard, including but
not limited to facility operations and services, maintenance
projects, customer relationship, business reporting and communication etc.
EHS responsibility in
accordance with SRE and Siemens standard and requirements.
Responsibility in
Security management in accordance with SRE and Siemens standard and
requirements.
Support digitalization,
space optimization and cost saving initiatives.
External vendor
management.
Other supporting and
reporting activities that may be required according to business requirements.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge and experience
in RE operations with related technical expertise;
Basic knowledge
in business administration;
Good command of English.
Be able to understand, read and write English;
Computer literature;
Excellent communication
skill and good sense of teamwork.
Experience
0-3 yrs working
experience in property/facility management, project management
etc.;
Corporate Real Estate
experience with large MNCs is preferred.
