岗位要求： 1. 物流相关专业； 2. 本科以上学历； 3. 英语口语流利； 4. 优秀的沟通交流能力 实习后可转为正式员工，就业方向为物流规划员 物流规划员的工作职责： · Collaboration with customer teams during the acquisition of the new projects by providing costs targeting setting for competitive logistics processes. · Design, budget and plan project logistics concepts, including transport, packaging, custom duties, warehouses, based on customer requirements and existing documents & procedures of the Brose group. Supply chain concept to be set up with the agreement of the customer teams, the central logistics department as well as the plants with competitive logistics cost · Hand over the projects to the plant after completion of the project requirements · Support in planning of strategic deliveries or new production locations in China in co-operation with the central departments · Support in identification and realization of cost savings in logistics in co-operation with the logistics in the plant, in central logistics as well as the customer teams. · Documentation and maintenance of the experience made in regards of development and realization of logistics processes in China. Further development of regional logistics standards. · Provide training for colleagues (LO planner I) with logistics experience and know how. · Drive, coordinate, support projects in the plants on professional knowledge and actions · Participate in regional LO projects (cost saving, working method, equipment)
