Job Description 职位描述 - Handle full spectrum of order processing including export& import shipping documentation.    处理进出货运订单的整套流程的单证工作。 - Ensure verification and booking of vendors invoices.   核对及录入发票。 - Cost/Quotation awareness.   核对成本及报价。 - Daily process of ocean freight billing.   制作海运提单发票等。 - Ensure timely despatch of all completed invoices to customers.   按时完成系统内发票制作并提供给客户。 - To generate month end reports to ensure all jobs closure.   确保单证工作按时完成，以便系统准时关账及生成准确的报告。 - Other adhoc duties as assigned.   完成上级交办的其它工作。 Requirements 职位要求 - A minimum College Diploma in Logistics, International Economy& Trading, Business English or the equivalent.   大专以上学历，物流、国际经济与贸易或商务英语及相关专业。 - Good command of written and oral English and PC skills.   具备英语听说读写能力及熟练运用办公软件。 - Detail Oriented, strong sense of responsibility, customer service oriented and teamwork.   工作细心、责任心强、有耐心，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。
