PURPOSE OF POSITION:
IT Services Specialist - Intern in the Tech Hub China will be responsible for entry level of IT service duties.
JOB SCOPE:
The IT Services Specialist - Intern will work closely with IT Service Technicians and other Global IT Teams to ensure timely service in high quality.
Particular responsibilities are:
• Handles simple administration duties, e.g., document processing, invoice auditing
• Evaluates best shipping options for special delivery
• Negotiate with carriers and vendors for cost effective
• Involves the Supplies Management with EMEA and USA Tech Hub
• Assists the inventory check and asset management
• Closely work with Service Hub(s) to ensure timely service delivery
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities for ensuring efficient and best practices

• Strong hands on mentality
• Good communication skills, English mandatory
• Exceptional service attitude and sense for urgency
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Process orientation
• Attention to detail
• 3 days per week for intern program till Dec 30, 2019
